- Assist with BUDGETING part or the whole event.
- Source, book, schedule and contract ARTISTS AND ENTERTAINMENT.
- MARKETING including social, digital and traditional media. Provide advice about design, layout, scripting and distribution of all marketing materials including print, digital, radio and television. Arrange graphic design for digital and print materials.
- Advise on where to best direct MARKETING FUNDS and assist in negotiating favourable rates and placements.
- Recommend content and monitor activity and engagement on the festival’s SOCIAL MEDIA CHANNELS AND WEBSITE.
- PUBLICITY AND PROMOTION including the crafting of press releases and other forms of communication. Coordinate interviews and acquire editorial across all media platforms.
- Set up promotions that may include COMPETITIONS and give-aways of sample CDs, complimentary tickets and other merchandise.
- Sourcing quotations and procuring SOUND, LIGHTING, BACKLINE EQUIPMENT, STAGING
- Generate sponsor benefits packages and if required, broker the actual SPONSORSHIP.
- Provide THEMING and advice on the direction of the festival.
- Develop a STRATEGIC BUSINESS PLAN to help grow the event into the future.

Jeff Chandler brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to any event or project having managed a stellar roster of artists that includes Tommy Emmanuel, Lee Kernaghan, Beccy Cole, Troy Cassar-Daley, Sara Storer, James Blundell and many more. Jeff was engaged in the roles of Festival and Program Director for the Iconic Gympie Music Muster from 2012 until 2018.
